GEO Strategies: How Enterprises Can Win in the Age of AI Search
April 22, 2026 | 11:00 AM PT
The way your company gets discovered is changing.
Search is evolving quickly, and AI is increasingly becoming the interface through which customers, investors, journalists, and employees learn about companies, products, and markets.
Join AI Realized on April 22 for a closed-door executive roundtable focused on one of the most immediate and underdeveloped challenges in enterprise AI: how your company shows up in AI-generated answers.
This is not simply an extension of SEO. It is a new strategic layer that affects how your company is interpreted, described, and recommended.
A Practical Executive Session
This is not a presentation. It is a working session for leaders actively navigating AI adoption and looking to learn from peers facing similar questions.
The focus is on Generative Engine Optimization, or GEO, and the broader shift in AI-driven discoverability. The discussion will go beyond theory into how organizations are adapting their content, data, PR, and brand strategies in response.
Participants will explore:
How AI systems form a view of your company
What signals shape how your brand is described
How PR, content, and data influence AI visibility
Where GEO is emerging inside organizations
What is working, what is not, and what remains unclear
How teams are thinking about measurement and accountability
This is a candid, peer-driven discussion where executives share real experience, not polished narratives. The value comes from comparing approaches across organizations and learning in real time from others doing the work.
Why This Matters Now
AI is becoming an interface to decision-making.
That means visibility is no longer only about being found. It is about being understood and recommended by machines.
For enterprise leaders, that creates a new set of risks and opportunities:
Your brand narrative is increasingly shaped outside your control
Buyers may form opinions before they engage your team
AI systems may exclude or misrepresent your company
Traditional SEO and content strategies are no longer enough on their own
The organizations that move early can help shape how they are represented. The rest will be described for them.
How the Roundtable Works
The structure is designed for depth, not scale.
In person, San Francisco
8:30 AM: Check-in, coffee, networking
9:00 AM to 11:00 AM: Facilitated roundtable discussions
11:00 AM to 12:00 PM: Readouts and networking lunch
Virtual
9:00 AM to 11:00 AM: Roundtable discussions
11:00 AM to 11:30 AM: Readouts
Participants will join small breakout groups of 6 to 8 executives, each led by a facilitator.
The session follows Chatham House Rules. Participants may use what they learn, but may not attribute comments to individuals or companies. That creates space for open, practical discussion.
After the event, AI Realized will publish a readout summarizing key themes, lessons, and takeaways for the broader community.

Who Should Attend
This roundtable is designed for:
CMOs and marketing leaders responsible for brand visibility
Founders and CEOs shaping company narrative and positioning
Product leaders responsible for how offerings are understood and evaluated
If your role influences how your company is perceived in the market, this shift is already relevant to you.
Before You Attend
This roundtable builds on themes introduced in the recent GEO Strategies Webinar hosted by Curtis Sparrer, principal of Bospar PR and featuring Mike Nielsen, CMO of Realsense, Micheline Nijmeh, CMO of ThoughtSpot, Jennifer Devine, principal of Freshwater Creative.
The webinar is a useful on-ramp for the conversation, but it is not required. The roundtable is designed to move from insight to practical discussion.
